October 1 – January 31 – Interviews/Tours
December 1 – Financial Aid applications available
December – Teacher Feedback Form to be completed
February through August - Admissions and Financial Aid Applications due to be considered for fall kindergarten openings
February 1 – Deadline for first round admissions and financial aid applications (applications accepted on a rolling basis)
Early March – First round admissions decisions communicated
DVLC Admissions Process
Step 1: Application - Click on this link to access the DVLC 2025-2026 Application.
Step 2: Contact Executive Director, Lauren Brown, to schedule Parent Interview/Tour
Step 3: Complete the online application
Step 4: Teacher Feedback Form (please have your child’s teacher submit closer to the end of the first semester)
Step 5: Financial Assistance (optional)
2025-2026 Total Tuition - $12,790
Registration fee (due in February) - $500
Initial Tuition Payment (due in March) - $1,850
Tuition Balance paid over 9 months (September through May) - $10,440
Application
Families must apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application.
To begin the FACTS Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
Tour Request
Tours will be scheduled starting October 1st. Please email Desert View’s Executive Director, Lauren Brown, to set up an appointment to visit the school. Your tour and interview will take place on the same day, and we most strongly encourage all parent(s)/guardian(s) to attend the interview/tour (parents only, please).
Scholarships

Scholarships for tuition are awarded each year based on the financial needs of the families.

Tax credit scholarships are not available to families who accept ESA funds in the same school year. Please contact Lauren Brown to discuss which option might be most beneficial to your family.
